At National Body Fitness, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products and services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted. By purchasing from our website/store, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Returns

Products are eligible for return within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

Returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and invoice.

Products that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.

Certain items such as personal care, hygiene-related products, or customized goods may not be returnable for safety and health reasons.

  1. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment only (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, net banking).

Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  1. Exceptions

Products purchased during clearance sale or under special discounts may not be eligible for return/refund.

National Body Fitness reserves the right to refuse returns in case of fraudulent or suspicious claims.
